I do not offer a single flat fee, as a small executive team facing a strategic crossroads requires a completely different level of intensive intervention than an entire corporate division requiring structural wellness mapping.
Following a complimentary 15-minute executive discovery call, I will generate a transparent, customized project proposal or monthly retainer structure based on your specific goals. This proposal will clearly outline all costs upfront, ensuring there are no hidden administrative or hourly fees.
Why Corporate Services Are Private Pay
Please be aware that health insurance plans do not cover corporate conflict resolution, organizational consulting, or workplace wellness groups. Insurance billing requires an individual client to receive a medically necessary mental health diagnosis to fund treatment, whereas corporate interventions focus on systemic business dynamics, communication frameworks, and pre-litigation financial protection. Because of this, all corporate services are billed directly to the organization as an operational or professional development expense. [1]

While clinical individual and couples therapy is strictly limited by state licensing lines, my corporate conflict consulting and organizational wellness services are available nationwide and globally.
Interventions are highly flexible and can be conducted seamlessly via a secure virtual platform, or arranged as targeted, in-person boardroom intensives at your physical corporate headquarters. For all in-person engagements, any associated travel fees and expenses are to be fully covered and paid by the client organization.
