I provide a specialized suite of virtual clinical and professional services tailored for individuals, couples, and organizations across Tennessee and New York. My core offerings include:
Virtual Individual Therapy: Focuses on helping professionals map personal behavioral patterns, manage chronic stress/burnout, and establish healthy boundaries.
Virtual Couples Therapy (EFT): A structured, evidence-based approach designed to help partners decode reactive communication loops and rebuild relational trust.
Discernment and Dissolution Counseling: A short-term, 1-to-5 session framework for couples at a critical crossroads, helping them find clarity on whether to repair the relationship or transition toward a constructive separation.
Corporate Conflict & Wellness Groups: Structured, 6-to-8 week professional group series sponsored by employers or HR departments to help teams manage stress and de-escalate workplace friction.

Yes. By law, a telehealth clinician must be licensed in the state where the client is physically located at the time of the session. I am fully licensed to provide clinical therapy to anyone physically located within the states of Tennessee or New York.
-
No. While my clinical psychotherapy services are strictly limited to residents of Tennessee and New York due to state licensing laws, my corporate conflict resolution, team sprints, and wellness consulting operate globally.
Because these professional programs are specialized, non-clinical corporate consulting interventions—rather than mental health treatment—they are not bound by regional healthcare borders. I work with organizations, executives, and HR departments located anywhere across the country or globally via a secure virtual platform.
Please note: Because these are organizational consulting services, they are private-pay only and cannot be billed to health insurance.
-
No. Because discernment counseling and dissolution consulting are short-term crisis interventions explicitly focused on the viability and structure of the relationship—rather than diagnosing or treating an individual mental health condition—they are classified as specialized relationship coaching.
For this reason, these services are not bound by state telehealth licensing laws. I can work with couples located anywhere across the country via my secure virtual platform.
Please note: Because these are non-clinical, decision-focused consulting services, they are strictly private-pay and cannot be processed through health insurance or your Alma portal.

Most providers operate as either clinical generalists or rigid legal arbitrators. My practice bridges the gap between advanced behavioral science and structured resolution frameworks.
What sets my approach apart is the deliberate integration of three distinct core credentials:
Advanced Relational & Human Behavior Expertise: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I do not just look at surface-level symptoms or complaints. I treat individuals and couples through a systemic lens, identifying how environment, history, and daily interactions shape reactive habits.
Specialized EFT Training: My approach to relationship distress is anchored in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Rather than simply teaching basic communication tips or picking sides, I map the invisible, defensive "stuck cycles" driving your conflict so we can build permanent relational safety.
Rule 31 Court-Level Structure: Because I am formally trained under the strict ethical and structural standards of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31, every intervention I lead is built on a foundation of ironclad confidentiality, objective neutrality, and verified procedural integrity.
Whether I am guiding an individual through personal stress, helping a couple heal a marriage, or facilitating a high-stakes corporate intervention, I deliver a highly interactive, structured, and outcome-oriented experience that transforms friction into alignment.

Absolutely. I utilize an elite, bank-grade encrypted video platform built specifically for healthcare professionals. It fully complies with federal HIPAA privacy standards. Your video sessions are completely secure, stream in real-time, and are never recorded or stored. For your own privacy, I require that you log into our sessions from a private, quiet space where you cannot be overheard.

To make quality mental health care accessible, I partner with Alma to seamlessly accept select insurance plans for virtual individual and couples therapy sessions. Alma acts as my secure billing partner, handling all your insurance verification and claims processing automatically.
In-Network Insurance: Through my partnership with Alma, I am able to accept most commercial insurance providers for clients physically located in Tennessee and New York.
Out-of-Network & Specialized Programs: Please note that corporate wellness groups, discernment counseling, and intensive packages are private-pay only and are not covered by health insurance.

I maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a flat fee of $50. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company and must be paid out-of-pocket.
-
Because my practice is fully virtual and I am often in sessions with clients, I do not provide 24/7 crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel unsafe, please do not wait for an email reply. Immediately call or text the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911.

Working with me feels like entering a warm, collaborative, and completely safe space where you can finally take a deep breath. I don’t believe in sitting in cold, passive silence taking notes while you do all the hard work alone. Instead, I step right into the room with you as an active, gentle guide—helping you make sense of the noise and gently untangle the patterns that are leaving you exhausted.
Whether I am working with an individual, a couple, or a corporate team - I am able to see past the protective behavioral walls people build up, helping to uncover and resolve the underlying source of conflict.
