I believe in transparency and removing the guesswork from the financial side of therapy, allowing you to focus entirely on your healing.
💳 Using Your Insurance
I partner with Alma to handle my insurance billing, making care more accessible. If you choose to use your network benefits, your exact out-of-pocket responsibility (such as a copay or coinsurance) is determined entirely by your insurance company.
How to check: Before our first session, we will run your details through Alma’s Cost Estimator Tool so you know your exact financial responsibility upfront.
🔒 Private Pay / Out-of-Network
I reserve a limited number of weekly openings for individuals who do not carry a compatible insurance plan or who prefer the heightened privacy of paying out-of-pocket.
Because I provide specialized virtual care across multiple regions, private-pay fees are scaled to reflect the standard operational costs of your resident state:
New York Residents: $175 per 50-minute session
Tennessee Residents: $150 per 50-minute session
If you are paying out-of-pocket but carry a PPO insurance plan, I can readily issue a monthly superbill for you to submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
